Every purchase goes through Etsy: price, payment and download are handled there. For any problem, send us an Etsy message.
How do I contact you?
Open the FogliFacili shop on Etsy and use «Contact shop owner». If you already bought, you can also write from the order page under «Purchases». Tell us the file name and the app you use.
Where is my file after buying?
On Etsy, go to «Purchases and reviews» and click «Download files». On a phone, use the Etsy website in a browser rather than the app.
Which apps can open it?
.xlsx files without macros: Excel 2010 or later, Google Sheets (Google Drive → New → File upload, then «Open with Google Sheets») and LibreOffice.
The file won't open or shows errors
Make sure the download finished and that you are not only previewing it (for example in an email or zip preview). If it still fails, message us with your app and version.
Which version do I have?
The version is written in the first sheet, «Instructions».
