In the example three households are listed and two tables have guests assigned.
Example data in the file, there to overwrite. Guests who replied No take no seat.

Getting started
- Settings: your names, wedding date, expected guests and the guest groups.
- Guests: one row per household, then update RSVPs and meal choices as replies come in.
- Type the table number next to each guest: the Tables sheet updates.
Compatibility and limits
Compatibility
- Plain .xlsx file, no macros, standard functions only.
- Tested by full recalculation in Excel for Microsoft 365.
- Calculations also checked in Google Sheets (upload the file to Google Drive).
- Not tested in Apple Numbers or Excel for Mac.
Good to know
- The file does not send invitations or reminders.
- Entries are typed in; nothing is connected or sent.
Questions
Does it count adults and children?
Yes: people per row = adults + children; a row with no numbers counts as 1.
What happens when a table is full?
The status shows Full, and Over capacity! when more people are assigned than seats.
Will anything be posted to me?
No. It's a digital file you download from Etsy straight after purchase.
