Getting started

Day Timeline: overwrite the example schedule with yours and print it.
Music: fill in the songs for each moment.
Gifts: log every gift as it arrives and switch thank-you sent to Yes.

Compatibility and limits

Compatibility

Plain .xlsx file, no macros, standard functions only.
Tested by full recalculation in Excel for Microsoft 365.
Calculations also checked in Google Sheets (upload the file to Google Drive).
Not tested in Apple Numbers or Excel for Mac.

Good to know

Fill-in sheets: no budget maths or guest counts (those are in the full Wedding Planner).
The file does not send reminders.

Questions

Does it calculate anything?

No. These three sheets are lists to fill in and print; the budget, guest list and checklist with formulas are in the full Wedding Planner.

Can I add more moments?

Yes: the timeline has 25 rows, the gift log 200 and the song list 40.

Will anything be posted to me?

No. It's a digital file you download from Etsy straight after purchase.
