A worked example
In the example Emma and James have a 25,000 budget and 93 people on the list.
Couple, figures and vendors are example data, the same as in the images: the file you download contains just a few example rows to overwrite. Amounts have no currency symbol.

Getting started
- In Settings, add your names, the wedding date and your budget.
- Log quotes and deposits in Budget & Vendors as they come in.
- Add guests and mark RSVPs: tables and the dashboard update.
- Follow the Checklist: due dates count back from your wedding day.
Compatibility and limits
Compatibility
- Plain .xlsx file, no macros, standard functions only.
- Tested by full recalculation in Excel for Microsoft 365.
- Calculations also checked in Google Sheets (upload the file to Google Drive).
- Not tested in Apple Numbers or Excel for Mac.
Good to know
- Checklist dates are a guide: adjust them to your vendors.
- The file doesn't send invitations or reminders.

Can we both work on it?
Yes, if you save it to OneDrive or Google Drive and share it; calculations were also checked in Google Sheets.
Which currency does it use?
Amounts have no currency symbol, so it works with any currency.
Will anything be posted to us?
No. It's a digital file you download from Etsy right after purchase.
