Wedding Checklist 12 Months
Type your wedding date once and the file works out the due date of every task, from 12 months before to the day before. Mark Yes when a task is done; the status shows what is overdue or due within a month.

A worked example
In the example the wedding is on 30 October 2027: the first tasks are due on 30 October 2026 and two are marked Done.

- Settings: your names and the wedding date.
- Checklist: follow the list and mark Yes in Done.
- Add your own tasks in the free rows or change the days before.
Compatibility and limits
Compatibility
- Plain .xlsx file, no macros, standard functions only.
- Tested by full recalculation in Excel for Microsoft 365.
- Calculations also checked in Google Sheets (upload the file to Google Drive).
- Not tested in Apple Numbers or Excel for Mac.
Good to know
- Dates are a guide: adjust them to your vendors.
- The file does not send reminders.
Questions
Can I change the dates?
Yes: change the days before on any row, or the wedding date in Settings, and the due dates update.
What does the status show?
Done when you mark Yes, Overdue when the due date has passed, Within 30 days when it is coming up.
Will anything be posted to me?
No. It's a digital file you download from Etsy straight after purchase.
